In November 2014, I was fortunate to be a member of the “Sino-British Mathematics Teacher Exchange Program” and spent four weeks in the UK working for three weeks, completely immersed in primary school classrooms. In these days, I have some insights through observation, practice and experience. “Sino-British mathematics teacher exchange ” project set up the opportunity to come from the results of the global PISA test.
