用双器嘧达莫与葡萄糖酸锌组成的鼻腔喷雾剂，以１／５０００吱喃西林作对照、６～８次／ｄ喷雾给药治疗上呼吸道感染，随机双盲观察５８例。结果：治疗组有效２３例，无效６例；对照组有效８例，无效２１例。Ｘ２＝１３．５８１８，Ｐ＜０．００５。说明双嘧达莫鼻腔给药具有安全有效、经济实用、毒副作用小的特点，值得进一步推广。
A nasal spray consisting of a dual-dose of pyramidal and zinc gluconate was administered as 1/5000 sevoflunexin 6-8 times / d for upper respiratory tract infection, followed by a randomized double-blind observation of 58 patients. Results: In the treatment group, 23 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective; in the control group, 8 cases were effective and 21 cases were ineffective. X2 = 13.5818, P <0.005. It shows that nasal administration of dipyridamole is safe and effective, economical and practical, and has small toxic and side effects. It is worth further promotion.
