5HD—25~F _Y型谷物低温干燥机是农机部下达的科研项目,由中国农机研究院和广西百色地区农机所研究,广西百色华侨农场参加并提供试验条件。共研制5HD—25F型(方形干燥仓)1台,5HD—25Y型(圆形干燥仓)3台,经五个季节的试验,共干燥稻谷96.83万斤,花生1万斤。试验证明:该机设计参数选择较合理,整体布置较紧凑,技术性能和主要经济指标较先进。每批处理量2万斤,在两天之内谷物含水率从25%以上降到13.5%,平均小时降水0.5%左右;热风温度不超过45℃,一般比大气温度升高5～10℃;采用间接加热,加热器的热效率在60%左右;干燥品
5HD-25 ~ F _Y grain low temperature dryer is the Ministry of Agriculture issued scientific research projects, by the China Agricultural Machinery Research Institute and Guangxi Baise Agricultural Research Institute, Guangxi Baise overseas Chinese farms to participate in and provide test conditions. A total of 5HD-25F (square drying warehouse) and 5HD-25Y (circular drying warehouse) were developed. After five seasons, a total of 968,300 kg of paddy and 1 kg of peanut were dried. Test shows that: the machine design parameters more reasonable choice, the overall layout is more compact, technical performance and the main economic indicators more advanced.
