陈村水电站自1970年8月水库蓄水运行以来,不仅在华东电网调峰调频和事故备用中发挥了重要作用,而且已拦蓄洪水78次,战胜了多次洪水和干旱,在防洪和灌溉方面发挥了显殊的经济效益。为了较全面地评价陈村电站工程效益,现就该工程在防洪和灌溉两大主要社会效益方面结合本站具体情况,作一定量的分析估算。
