黑龙江省安达市水利机械钻井队,有上海306型正循环钻机3台。十多年来钻井数百眼,由于地质条件复杂等种种原因,钻头、钻杆落井事故时有发生。过去曾自制过一些打捞工具,但效果不理想。有时造成钻头钻杆和井孔一起报废的事故。1989年7月在大庆石油学院内钻井时,当钻井204米时,钻头掉入钻孔,使用了各种打捞办法都无效。经分析:一是钻孔泥桨浓度太高,下面有泥坨;二是钻头太短,倾斜太大。经过水利技术人员及工人研究,自制了“漏斗式打捞器”,仅4.5小时就把钻头捞上来了。这种“漏斗式打捞器打捞时与正常钻进一样,同时制做简单,经过一年多的使用,打捞率能达到百分之百。现将这种工具制做和使用方法介绍如下: 一、制做方法
