目的 :为选择性神经切断治疗脑瘫下肢痉挛提供理论依据。方法 :对正常成年雄性SD大鼠 ,用神经肌电图仪诱发H反射 ,测腓肠肌内、外侧头位于肌门的各神经终支的肌电H波。 结果 :SD大鼠腓肠肌内侧头 3支神经终支 ,诱发H反射的H波波幅值 ,三组间均数比较 ,两两之间均有显著性差异。腓肠肌外侧头神经各终支结果与内侧头相同。结论 :SD大鼠腓肠肌内侧头 3支神经终支 ,三者间Ia类传入纤维含量不同。SD大鼠腓肠肌外侧头 3支神经终支 ,三者间Ia类传入纤维含量不同。
Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for selective nerve transection in the treatment of lower extremity spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: The normal adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were induced by HEMT using HEMT. The H wave of electromyogram of each nerve terminal of the medial and lateral heads of gastrocnemius was measured. Results: The amplitude of H-wave amplitude of H-wave induced by H-wave in the first three nerves of gastrocnemius muscle in SD rats was significantly different between the three groups. Gastrocnemius medulla oblongata of the final outcome of the same as the medial head. Conclusion: The first three nerves in the medial side of gastrocnemius of SD rats are terminated, and the content of Ia fibers in the three groups is different. SD rat gastrocnemius lateral head of the first three branches of nerve, Ia between the three types of fiber content is different.
