温成形钢及其汽车安全结构件的成形技术

以一种新型具有低奥氏体化温度和高淬透性的第三代汽车钢0.1C-5Mn冷轧板为原材料,按照与热成形基本一致的工艺流程,成功试制出温成形零件。结果表明:温成形钢板的加热温度比传统热成形温度低100~150℃;温成形模具较热成形模具简化;温成形工艺成本更低、效率更高。温成形后的零件尺寸精度高、形状复杂,对在温成形后的零件上截取的试样进行板拉伸试验,试样的抗拉强度不小于1.3 GPa,且伸长率大于12%,说明其力学性能尤其是塑性优于以22Mn B5钢为原料的热成形零件。研究表明,温成形钢及其汽车安全结构件可逐步替代、升级传统22Mn B5热成形钢汽车安全结构件。 A new type of third generation automotive steel 0.1C-5Mn cold-rolled sheet with low austenitizing temperature and high hardenability was used as raw material. According to the process basically consistent with thermoforming, the warm formed parts were successfully manufactured. The results show that the heating temperature of the hot-formed steel sheet is 100 ~ 150 ℃ lower than the traditional hot-forming temperature. The hot forming mold of the warm-forming mold is simplified. The temperature forming process is lower in cost and more efficient. After hot forming the parts are of high dimensional accuracy and complex shape. The plate tensile test is performed on the samples after the warm forming. The tensile strength of the sample is not less than 1.3 GPa and the elongation is more than 12% Its mechanical properties, especially plasticity, are better than those of thermoformed parts made from 22Mn B5 steel. The research shows that the warm formed steel and its automobile safety structure can be replaced gradually to upgrade the traditional 22Mn B5 thermoformed steel automotive safety structure.
