神经鞘瘤,发生于咽部尤为少见。国内见文献的有40例,均来自上海等大城市的医院。现报告我院的2例并讨论。例1 男,38岁,农民住院号216001。因右颈部无痛性、渐进性增大肿物,伴同咽侧壁隆起14个月,于1988年1月6日入院。查体:右颈上部4×4cm瘢痕(草药外敷后遗留),右下颌角后方5×4cm肿物,质韧、边界清,右咽侧壁粘胺暗红色光滑隆起延及鼻咽及下咽,触之呈囊性感,无搏动,双手合诊肿物为一体,前后可推动。咽扁桃腺被
