本研究应用核仁组成区相关蛋白(AgNOR)染色技术对31例肠上皮化生、11例中重度异型增生、16例肠型胃癌、14例胃型胃癌组织中的AgNOR进行研究,20例正常胃粘膜作对照。发现正常胃粘膜经肠上皮化生到异型增生至胃癌,AgNOR计数/细胞核随病变异型程度的加重而递增,各组间均见显著性差异(P<0.01~0.001),同时观察到胃癌组细胞核内AgNoR大小不等,弥漫分布,有的呈块状分布。结果提示AgNOR计数和形态特点有助于胃癌及癌前病变的鉴别。
In this study, AgNOR staining technique was used to study AgNOR in 31 cases of intestinal metaplasia, 11 cases of moderate to severe dysplasia, 16 cases of intestinal type gastric cancer, and 14 cases of gastric type gastric cancer. 20 cases were normal. The stomach mucosa was used as a control. It was found that normal gastric mucosa was transformed from epithelial metaplasia to dysplasia to gastric cancer. AgNOR counts/nuclei increased with the severity of disease variants. Significant differences were observed between the groups (P<0.01 to 0.001). At the same time, gastric cancer cells were observed Within the AgNoR size, diffuse distribution, and some showed a massive distribution. The results suggest that AgNOR counts and morphological features contribute to the differentiation of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.
