患者女,3岁6个月。一岁时发现左面部有一玉米粒大肿物,以后呈渐进性无痛性增大,于1990年10月到我科求治。全身检查未见异常。颌面检查见左腮腺区有一肿物,表面皮肤呈紫蓝色,并可见数支扩张的毛细血管,范围约4×3cm,触诊质中等,可活动,无压痛。拟诊“血管瘤”、“皮脂腺瘤”收入院。1990年10月24日在全麻下行左腮腺肿物摘除术,完整摘出肿物。术中见肿物包膜完整,与周围组织无粘连,剖面呈囊状,
Female patient, 3 years and 6 months. At the age of one year, a large corn mass was found on the left face, which gradually increased painlessly. In October 1990, he sought treatment in our department. There was no abnormality in the whole body examination. The maxillofacial examination showed a mass in the left parotid gland area. The surface of the parotid gland was purple-blue, and several dilated capillaries were seen. The area was approximately 4×3 cm. The palpation was of moderate quality and was active without tenderness. He was diagnosed with “hemangioma” and “sebaceous adenoma” in the hospital. On October 24, 1990, left hepatic gland tumor was removed under general anesthesia and the tumor was completely removed. During the operation, the tumor was encapsulated and showed no adhesion with the surrounding tissue. The section was cystic.
