本文报告了我院1990年6月、1991年3月应用北京华雄应用科学研究所研制的 HX 肿瘤测定仪,对233例住院病人检测的结果。表明诊断总符合率为90.1%,假阳性率为7.3%,假阴性率为2.6%;其中有病理及细胞学检查结果的175例,诊断符合率为89.1%,恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率高于良性肿瘤.提出 HX 肿瘤测定仪对恶性肿瘤信息有较强的特异性,如能与某些影像学检查方法联合应用,将有助于提高肿瘤临床诊断的准确性。
This article reports the results of testing 233 inpatients using the HX tumor measuring instrument developed by Beijing Huaxiong Applied Science Research Institute in June 1990 and March 1991. The total rate of diagnosis was 90.1%, the false positive rate was 7.3%, and the false negative rate was 2.6%. There were 175 cases with pathological and cytological findings, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 89.1%. The diagnostic coincidence rate of malignant tumors was higher than that of malignant tumors. Benign tumors. It is proposed that the HX tumor measuring instrument has strong specificity for malignant tumor information.
