本文应用盘状电泳和薄层等电聚焦技术对三种革螨——茅舍血厉螨、兵广厉螨和羽腹巨螯螨,作了酯酶同工酶和蛋白质的生化分析,进行了比较研究。结果表明,它们各自的酯酶同工酶酶带和蛋白电泳带都有明显的差别。盘状电泳酯酶同工酶的酶带,茅舍血厉螨有3条,兵广厉螨有4条,羽腹巨螯螨为2条,同时测定了三者酶带的Rf值和相对活性;用等电聚焦电泳分析酯酶同工酶,上述三种螨分别显示11、9、7条亚带,并测定了各亚带的等电点。蛋白质盘状电泳,茅舍血厉螨蛋白带为12条,兵广厉螨为5条,羽腹巨螫螨为5条;在等电聚焦电脉时,上述三种螨分别为24、9、22条蛋白带。
In this paper, the biochemical analysis of esterase isoenzymes and proteins were performed on three kinds of leather crickets, ie, E. edulis, P. grandis and E. compare research. The results showed that there were significant differences in their respective esterase isozyme bands and protein electrophoresis bands. The enzyme bands of the esterase isoenzymes in plate-like electrophoresis were three in the blood, three in the blood, four in the broad cockroaches, and two in the cockpit. The Rf values and relative activities of the three enzyme bands were also measured. The esterase isoenzymes were analyzed by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis. The above three species of cockroaches showed 11, 9, and 7 sub-bands, respectively, and the isoelectric points of each sub-band were determined. In the protein plate electrophoresis, there were 12 bands in the blood, 16 bands, 5 bands, and 5 feathers. In the case of isoelectric focusing, the above three species were 24 and 9, respectively. 22 protein bands.
