牡丹江市民进组织沐浴党的十一届三中全会的春风,1985年,建立了民进牡丹江市委会。十几年来,从无到有,由小到大,现在已发展到29个支部,283名会员。《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的意见》发表以后,民进牡丹江市委会紧紧围绕党和政府的中心工作,充分发挥自身优势,积极履行参政党职能,取得了可喜的成果。
