本文在调查研究的基础上,从历史发展的角度,对常州市企业群体这一新的生产组织形式从理论高度上进行了分析和探索。文中指出:常州由“一条龙”向企业群体的发展有历史必然性,它是经济体制改革形势下的产物;联合体的动力,主要在于企业发展生产力,取得稳定市场和经济效益的内在要求;“自愿择优,平等互利”原则体现了当前群体发展的内部规律;联合的办法体现了灵活变通的策略成功;而市行政领导部门对联合的促进作用也不容忽视。文中并对联合的未来发展趋势进行了展望,指出群体形式多样化,群体资金股份化,群体生产专业化,群体活动法规化将成为群体发展的主要方向。
Based on the investigation and research, this paper analyzes and explores the new production organization form of Changzhou enterprise group from the perspective of historical development. The article points out that the development of Changzhou from one-stop to enterprise groups has historical inevitability, and it is a product of the economic system reform. The driving force of the Consortium is mainly the enterprise’s development of productivity and the inherent requirements for stabilizing the market and economic efficiency; The principle of “voluntary selection, equality and mutual benefit” reflects the internal laws of the current development of the group; the joint approach reflects the success of the flexible and flexible strategy; and the promotion role of the municipal administrative leadership for the joint can not be ignored. In the article, the prospects for the future development of the alliance are also presented. It is pointed out that the diversification of group forms, the grouping of group funds, the specialization of group production, and the legalization of group activities will become the main direction of group development.
