WDJ碗扣式多功能脚手架是于1986年研制成功的新型脚手架体系。该脚手架于1987年通过部级鉴定并获国家专利,同年在日内瓦国际发明与新技术展览会上获镀金奖,1989年荣获国家科技进步三等奖。该脚手架具有接头构造合理,结构强度高,自锁能力强,装拆效率高,劳动强度低,使用寿命长,附件不易丢失等特点。该脚手架既可用于内外脚手,又可作模板支承架,还可用于爬升架、物料提升架等。 该脚手架日前已在全国各地广泛推广应用产生了较大的社会效益和经济效益,被国家建设部、国家科委列为重点科技推广项目。
WDJ bowl buckle multi-functional scaffold is a new type of scaffold system developed in 1986. The scaffold was approved by the ministerial level in 1987 and won a national patent. In the same year, it received a gold-plating award at the Geneva International Invention and New Technology Exhibition. In 1989, it won the third prize for national scientific and technological progress. The scaffold has the characteristics of reasonable joint structure, high structural strength, strong self-locking ability, high efficiency of assembly and disassembly, low labor intensity, long service life, and easy loss of accessories. The scaffold can be used both inside and outside the foot, but also for the template support frame, can also be used for climbing racks, material lifting frame and so on. The scaffold has been widely used throughout the country to promote the use of a larger social and economic benefits, the National Ministry of Construction, the State Science and Technology Commission as a key science and technology promotion project.
