目前,在我們的各級學校中,對於學生成績考核的工作,存在著不少問題。例如:有的把成績評定看作是可有可無的一種形式,採取不負責任的態度,給學生隨便打個分數,交差了事;有的把它看作只是消極地「考」學生,爲難學生甚至壓迫學生的一種手段。而在記分制度、評分辦法等方面則尤其混亂,如有些學校把百分制與五級分制「混合」用,課堂敎學上考查用五分,評定成績又用百分折算;有的把五分制又分許多級,如「四又1/3分」,「三又3/3分」等等。我們必須正確地認識成績考核的積極意義,才可能正確地掌握成績考核的方法和發揮它的作用。成績考核,是對於學校工作的一種監督方式,是整個敎
