核电重大专项是《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》确定的16个国家科技重大专项之一。核电重大专项主要包括两个分项:一是压水堆分项,以研发设计和建设CAP1400示范工程为主要成果,是三代非能动核电技术;二是高温堆分项,以研发设计和建设20 MW高温气冷堆示范工程为主要成果,是具有四代核电特征的技术方向之一。该专项总体实施方案已于2008年2月获国务院常务会议批准,目标是建成具有自主知识产权的大型先进压水堆CAP1400和高温气冷堆示范工程。
The major nuclear power project is one of the 16 major scientific and technological projects identified by the “National Medium and Long-term Scientific and Technological Development Plan (2006-2020)”. Major nuclear power projects mainly include two sub-items: one is the PWR sub-item, with R & D, design and construction of CAP1400 demonstration project as its main achievement, and the third generation of non-active nuclear power technology; the other is high-temperature reactor sub-projects with R & D, design and construction MW high temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration project as the main result, is one of the technical directions with the characteristics of the fourth generation of nuclear power. The special overall implementation plan was approved by the executive meeting of the State Council in February 2008 with the objective of building a demonstration project of large-scale advanced pressurized water reactor CAP1400 and high-temperature gas-cooled reactor with independent intellectual property rights.
