目的:探讨整合素β4在人唇黏膜和颊黏膜基底膜区的表达水平,并分析其与上皮钉突的形态和丰度间的关系。方法:分别选择6例正常唇黏膜和6例正常颊黏膜,通过HE染色和免疫组化,观察两种黏膜上皮钉突的形态和丰度以及整合素β4在上皮基底膜区的染色程度。结果:HE染色显示唇黏膜的上皮钉突长度短,粗细不均,分布密集;颊黏膜的上皮钉突的形态结构不明显,分布较稀疏。免疫组化染色显示整合素β4在唇黏膜的基底膜区表现为棕黄色;整合素β4在颊黏膜的基底膜区着色较浅,未见明显特征。上皮钉突在唇黏膜的形态和丰度比在颊黏膜明显,整合素β4在唇黏膜的表达水平也高于在颊黏膜的表达水平。结论:整合素β4在唇黏膜和颊黏膜的基底膜区的表达水平有差异,初步推测整合素β4的表达水平与上皮钉突的形态和丰度有一定的对应关系。
Objective: To investigate the expression of integrin β4 in the basement membrane area of human oral mucosa and buccal mucosa, and analyze the relationship between the morphology and abundance of epithelial nail. Methods: Six cases of normal lip mucosa and six cases of normal buccal mucosa were selected. HE staining and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the morphology and abundance of two kinds of mucosal epithelial spikes and the staining degree of integrin β4 in epithelial basement membrane. Results: Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that the length of the epithelium of the lip mucosa of the lip mucosa was short, uneven and densely distributed. The shape and structure of the epithelial nail of buccal mucosa were not obvious and sparsely distributed. Immunohistochemical staining showed that integrin β4 showed brownish yellow in the basement membrane area of lip mucosa. Integrin β4 had a lighter coloration in the basement membrane area of buccal mucosa, with no obvious features. The morphology and abundance of epithelial spikes in the labial mucosa are more pronounced than in the buccal mucosa, and the expression level of integrin β4 in the labial mucosa is also higher than that in the buccal mucosa. Conclusion: The expression of integrin β4 in the basement membrane area of lip mucosa and buccal mucosa is different. It is preliminarily presumed that the expression level of integrin β4 correlates with the morphology and abundance of epithelial nail.
