方便食品指经过预先加工制成并带包装的,只需短时间加热处理甚至不需处理即可食用的新型食品。据统计,全世界方便食品已经超过12000种(我国仅有2000余种,常见的只有500余种)。按用途及加工方法可分为方便主食、冷冻方便制品、方便小食品、早餐谷物、罐头制品、快餐食品、焙烤制品等11大类。目前,省时省力的方便食品已成为食品市场的“宠儿”。

Convenient foods are new types of foods that have been pre-processed and packaged, and that require only a short time of heat to be processed or even eaten without treatment. According to statistics, there are more than 12,000 kinds of convenience foods in the world (only 2,000 species in China, only 500 are common). According to uses and processing methods, it can be divided into 11 categories: convenient staple foods, frozen and convenient products, convenient small foods, breakfast cereals, canned foods, fast foods, and bakery products. At present, convenient food that saves time and effort has become the “darling” of the food market.
