本文提供了一个可适用于分析柴油机零部件非稳定温度场和准稳态热应力场的二维有限元计算程序。在利用实测温度历程反求缸内第三类边界条件的基础上,研究并提出了非稳定热负荷气缸盖的计算分析方法和边界条件的确定方法,揭示了柴油机起动工况下气缸内传热的一些规律。程序的应用及研究的结果对今后新机型开发、预估技术的发展及分析引进机型具有一定价值。本程序采用了空间域内有限元划分、时间域上有限差分网格划分、冷却水侧边界条件迭代求解的处理方法。
This paper provides a two-dimensional finite element program that can be applied to analyze the unstable temperature field and quasi-steady state thermal stress field of diesel engine parts.
