目的 了解2010-2019年昆明市老年人伤害死亡及变化趋势,为制定老年人伤害预防控制措施提供依据.方法 死亡资料来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统中人口死亡信息登记管理系统,选取2010-2019年昆明市全人群死因监测数据中的60岁及以上户籍死亡数据.应用SPSS 17.0、Excel 2003软件计算死亡率、构成比、年度变化百分比(APC).结果 2010-2019年昆明市老年人伤害死亡率为127.48/10万,标化死亡率109.58/10万,是老年人死亡的第5位死因.男性伤害死亡率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(x2=231.87,P＜0.05),且死亡率随着年龄的增长而升高.老年人前5位死因依次是意外跌落、交通事故、自杀、意外中毒和溺水,占老年人伤害死亡的91.32％.意外跌落死亡率随时间呈上升趋势(APC=5.76％),交通事故(APC=-3.02％)和自杀(APC=-6.05％)死亡率呈下降趋势,均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 伤害已严重危害昆明市老年人群的健康和生命安全,应采取积极有效的防控措施,减少老年人伤害的发生,提高生命质量.
