目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出应用推拿技术结合运动疗法治疗的临床效果.方法:选取我院在2019年8月-2020年8月期间收治82例腰椎间盘突出患者作为本次研究对象.采用抽签形式将82例患者分成对照组与研究组,两组各41例患者,研究组41例患者采用推拿技术结合运动疗法,对照组41例患者采用推拿技术治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、住院时间、治疗费用.结果:研究组患者治疗后VAS评分、住院时间、治疗费用显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论:腰椎间盘突出患者应用推拿技术结合运动疗法治疗效果较显著,可以有效改善患者临床症状,减少患者医疗费用,具有临床使用价值.
