水分资源是农业气候资源的重要组成部分。植物对光、温资源的充分利用,只有在生长期内水分条件得到保证的情况下才有可能。降水量的多少是决定一地区水分供应状况和气候干湿程度的主要因素,而鉴定一地区农作物的水分供需状况,不仅取决于能供给作物消耗的水量的多少和分配是否适宜,而且还取决于作物正常生长发育的需水量和需水规律。在天然状况下,降水量是直接供给作物正常生长发育消耗水量的主要来源,虽然它不能确切地表明对作物的水分保证程度,但它的时空分布差异仍能相对表示出不同
Water resources are an important part of agricultural climate resources. The full use of plants for light and temperature resources is only possible if the moisture conditions are guaranteed during the growing season. The amount of precipitation is a major factor in determining the level of moisture supply and the degree of climate dryness in a region. The identification of the water supply and demand of crops in a region depends not only on the amount and distribution of water available for crop consumption but also on Water demand and water requirement of normal crop growth and development. Under natural conditions, precipitation is the main source of direct water consumption for normal growth and development of crops. Although it can not accurately indicate the degree of water security for crops, its spatial and temporal distribution differences can still be relatively different
