1事件去年开学,我校四年级由于人数增多,学校把三个班拆分成了四个班。四班就是一个重组班级,基础较差,学习习惯差,班上的转学生占了近四分之一,在开学摸底测验中就有六个人不及格。因此,学校特别关注这个班级,并任命区级骨干教师刘霞担任班主任。一段时间以后,这个班有了明显的起色,任课老师们对这个班的评价高了不少:学习习惯好,上课发言积极,书写认真……。
1 incident last year, the fourth year of my school due to an increase in the number of people, the school split the three classes into four classes. The fourth shift is a reorganized class, with poor foundation and poor learning habits. Transfer students in the class account for nearly a quarter of the total, and six of them failed the opening test. Therefore, the school pays special attention to this class, and Liu Xia, a district-level backbone teacher, is appointed as the class teacher. After a period of time, this class has made a significant improvement. Any teacher who is in charge of this class has a lot higher evaluation: good learning habits, positive speech in class, earnest writing.
