解放以来,我一直担任幼儿班教养工作。上学期领导上调我担任三年级班主任,那时正是学校行政要求各班提高学生成绩的时候。我想,只有努力学习,钻研和熟悉教材,改进教学方法,并注意对个别学生的辅导,才能达到这一要求。在这一方面,我做了如下的一些工作: (一)多互相听课。初上课时,我感到不论在熟悉教材和改进教学方法上,都存在着很大的问题,但领导上因要照顾全面,不能经常多来听课帮助我。为了及时纠正工作上的缺点,我便争取时间,多听同科目老师的课。例如我对检查复习很不熟练,听了徐碧霞老师的课以后,便学会了先提问,再结合问题内容默新词的办法。指定学生板演时,有时可以叫全堂在坐位上笔算,以免枯坐。由于自己掌握不住评分标准,我又常请老师们来听我的课。一学期来,对我有很大的帮助。现
