阐述了目前数字家庭产业快速发展,人才需求增大,而高校育人与企业用人对应不上的现状,针对高职学生学习特点和行业技能要求,提出了基于螺旋式人才培养理念构建数字家庭实训室的规划设计,以“技术体验-技能训练-工程项目实践”的螺旋培养过程来构筑实训教学环境和实践教学过程,从而解决数字家庭人才培养技能训练和实践教学的不足,进而提升人才技能培养质量。
