德国双轨制培训打下过硬基本功职业教育被认为是“德国经济腾飞的秘密武器”。德国的职业教育采取双轨制,由政府、行业协会和企业合作开展。初中毕业生到企业当学徒,每月大部分时间边干边学,一小部分时间到政府资助的职业技术学校学习理论知识。在德国,每两个就业者就有一个参与过职业培训。德国1/5的企业都参与到这种共同培养模式里。
German dual track training has laid a solid foundation Vocational education is considered “secret weapon of German economic take-off ”. The vocational education in Germany adopts a dual track system, which is carried out by the government, industry associations and enterprises. Junior high school graduates are apprentices to businesses, spend most of their time studying and doing business for a fraction of the time studying theoretical knowledge at government-funded vocational and technical schools. In Germany, one in every two employees is involved in vocational training. One-fifth of German companies are involved in this co-cultivation model.
