本项研究观察了替硝唑对毛滴虫经皮下感染小鼠的体内保护作用。结果表明，在１６．６ｍｇ／ｋｇ时，替硝唑抗毛滴虫作用较明显。与甲硝唑相比作用相同。
This study examined the in vivo protective effect of tinidazole on mice infected by Trichomonas vaginalis subcutaneously. The results showed that when 16.6mg / kg, Tinidazole Trichomonas vaginalis obvious effect. The same effect as metronidazole.
