制备离体大鼠伏核脑片,用细胞外记录法观察乙醇对谷氨酸钠诱发伏核神经元放电活动的影响,观察给药后5~15分钟内神经元放电频率的改变。结果显示:灌流谷氨酸钠后10分钟神经元放电频率显著增多(P<0.01),此反应可被乙醇抑制。说明乙醇对伏核神经元抑制作用的机制可能与谷氨酸介导的突触传递受抑制有关。
The isolated rat nucleus accumbens was prepared and the effect of ethanol on the discharge activity of glutamic acid induced nucleus accumbens was observed by extracellular recording method. The change of firing rate of neurons within 5-15 minutes after administration was observed. The results showed that the discharge frequency of neurons increased significantly (P <0.01) 10 min after perfusion of glutamate, which could be inhibited by ethanol. The mechanism of ethanol inhibition of nucleus accumbens neurons may be related to inhibition of glutamate-mediated synaptic transmission.
