目的:对条纹龙胆的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:利用重结晶、柱层析(硅胶、聚酰胺、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20)等方法分离及纯化,并运用MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等现代波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:从条纹龙胆中分离得到8个化合物,分别为:desoxyloganin(1)、Gmephiloside(2)、5,7,4’-三羟基-3’-甲氧基黄酮(3)、(+)-8-hydroxypinoresinol(4)、3S,5R,6R,9S-tetrahydroxymegastigmane(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、阿魏酸(7)、熊果酸(8)。结论:上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical components of Gentiana streak. Methods: The structures were isolated and purified by recrystallization, column chromatography (silica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH - 20) and other modern spectroscopic techniques such as MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from Gentiana streakii, namely desoxyloganin (1), Gmephiloside (2), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-3’-methoxyflavone 8-hydroxypinoresinol (4), 3S, 5R, 6R, 9S-tetrahydroxymegastigmane (5), quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucoside (6), ferulic acid 8). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
