目的:探讨番茄红素对自然衰老大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:选用15月龄SD雄性大鼠48只按其血清丙二醛(MDA)含量分层随机分成4个组,根据样品的人体推荐量设166.6 mg/kg BW、83.3 mg/kg BW、41.7 mg/kg BW三个剂量实验组和一个阴性对照组。阴性对照组给予等体积的玉米胚芽油,每天灌胃一次,连续灌胃60 d。60 d后处死,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)含量(以MDA计)以及脂褐质(LIP)含量。结果:实验组的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量和组织匀浆液中的脂褐质(LIP)含量低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),组织匀浆液中SOD及GSH-Px活力高于于阴性对照组(P>0.05)。结论:番茄红素对自然衰老大鼠具有抗氧化的功能。
Objective: To investigate the antioxidant effect of lycopene on spontaneous aging rats. Methods: Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats of 15 months old were randomly divided into four groups according to their serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content. According to the recommended human body weight, 166.6 mg / kg BW, 83.3 mg / kg BW, 41.7 mg / kg BW three dose experimental group and a negative control group. The negative control group was given the same volume of corn germ oil, gavage once daily for 60 days. After 60 days, the rats were sacrificed and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and lipid peroxidase (MDA) and lipofuscin (LIP) content. Results: The levels of serum lipid peroxidation (LPO) and lipofuscin (LIP) in the homogenate of the experimental group were lower than those of the negative control group (P <0.05), and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the homogenate were higher In the negative control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Lycopene has anti-oxidative function on the natural aging rats.
