为了寻找再生障碍性贫血(aplasticanemia,AA)的治疗药物,设计合成了四吡咯化合物3(或8)(1乙氧基乙基)8(或3)羟乙基次卟啉IX(1)和3(或8)(1乙氧基乙基)8(或3)乙烯基次卟啉IX(2)的锰(Ⅲ)、铁(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅲ)、镍(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)金属络合物,在辐射致小鼠AA模型上(ld)和(le)能明显延长AA小鼠的平均存活时间,增加21d后小鼠的存活个数.进一步考察(le)对AA小鼠造血系统的作用,发现它能增高AA小鼠的外周白细胞计数,促进造血干细胞向红系转化.
In order to find a therapeutic agent for aplastic anemia (AA), we designed and synthesized tetrapyrrole compound 3 (or 8) (1ethoxyethyl) 8 (or 3) hydroxyethylporphyrin IX (Ⅲ), Iron (Ⅲ), Cobalt (Ⅲ) of 1 (1) and 3 (or 8) (1ethoxyethyl) 8 (or 3) vinylporphyrin IX (2) , Nickel (Ⅱ), copper (Ⅱ) and zinc (Ⅱ) metal complexes. The average survival time of AA mice was significantly prolonged on radiation-induced AA model (ld) and (le) Mouse survival number. Further study (le) AA mouse hematopoietic system and found that it can increase the AA mouse peripheral white blood cell count, and promote hematopoietic stem cell red line transformation.
