The term “Wenshi” refers to the prolongation of the conduction interval and finally to an impulse block, regardless of whether there is a “typical” R-R interval that is progressively shortened. Alternating Wen’s cycle is defined as a 2: 1 block with a progressive prolongation of the conduction interval leading to a 3: 1 or 4: 1 block. Alternating Wen’s cycle occurs mostly in the AV node, but may also originate in any tissue that is conductive. This article reports 6 cases of body surface electrocardiogram consistent with atrioventricular node alternate Wen’s period of the results. Alternating Wen’s cycle is generally considered to be caused by the simultaneous presence of two conductive barriers, one in the proximal segment of the lesion and one in the distal segment. End of the continuous block two impulsive alternating Wen’s cycle mostly due to the proximal Wennes
