患者,女,30岁。因心悸半月来诊。体检:BP14.7/9.33kPa,无力型体形,心肺听诊及胸透均未见异常。心电图示:窦性节律,心率68～75次/分。除V_4倒置外,其他导联T波均正常。遂令患者变化体位描记V_4导联,发现其T波可于右侧卧位时变为直立。心电图诊断:孤立负T综合征.孤立负T综合征,亦称心尖现象,是一种少见的正常T波变异.多发生于无力型健康青年.心电
Patient, female, 30 years old. Palpitations due to palpitation months. Physical examination: BP14.7 / 9.33kPa, powerless body shape, cardiopulmonary auscultation and chest X-ray showed no abnormalities. ECG shows: sinus rhythm, heart rate 68 ~ 75 beats / min. In addition to V_4 inversion, the other leads T wave are normal. Patient then ordered changes in position tracing V_4 lead, found that the T wave can become right upright position. ECG diagnosis: isolated negative T syndrome. Isolated negative T syndrome, also known as apical phenomenon, is a rare normal T wave mutation. Occurred in the weak healthy young people.
