目的分析浙江省各级医疗机构血液透析室的消毒隔离现状,为医院感染控制工作提供依据。方法根据《血液净化标准操作规程》等规范指南,对131所医院血液透析室的消毒隔离现状进行问卷调查。结果三区划分和通道分离的符合率分别为96.95%、91.60%,透析床间距符合率88.55%,反渗膜、管路和水箱清洗消毒的符合率分别为79.39%、96.18%和88.29%;透析用水细菌和内毒素监测的符合率分别为81.68%和67.18%;空气和物体表面消毒的符合率为100.00%;每个透析单元配备手消毒液的符合率为80.92%;传染病患者分机、分区透析、专人护理和定期复查的符合率分别是94.66%、83.21%、61.83%和90.08%。结论浙江省血液透析室的消毒隔离实施比较规范,但部分医院的某些环节和措施有待进一步改进和加强。
Objective To analyze the current situation of disinfection and isolation in hemodialysis rooms of medical institutions at all levels in Zhejiang Province and provide evidence for the control of hospital infection. Methods Based on the “Guidelines for Standard Operation of Blood Purification” and other normative guidelines, the current situation of disinfection and isolation of hemodialysis rooms in 131 hospitals was investigated. Results The coincidence rates of three compartments and channel separation were 96.95% and 91.60%, respectively, and the coincidence rate of dialysis bed spacing was 88.55%. The coincidence rates of reverse osmosis membrane, pipeline and tank cleaning and disinfection were 79.39%, 96.18% and 88.29% respectively. The coincidence rates of dialysis water bacteria and endotoxin monitoring were 81.68% and 67.18% respectively. The coincidence rate of air and surface disinfection was 100.00%. The coincidence rate of dialysis unit with hand disinfectant was 80.92%. Infectious patients’ The coincidence rates of district dialysis, hand care and regular review were 94.66%, 83.21%, 61.83% and 90.08% respectively. Conclusion The implementation of disinfection and isolation in hemodialysis room in Zhejiang Province is relatively standardized, but some aspects and measures of some hospitals need to be further improved and strengthened.
