近十年来,乘石化行业和高职教育大发展的东风,石化类高职院校实现了跨越式发展,但在新的形势下,由于世界性的经济下滑趋势并没有彻底改变,以就业为导向的高职教育本身存在的问题,以及毕业生与市场需求之间供求关系的变化,导致目前石化类高职院校的发展情况比较复杂,处在多变时期。本文研究石化类高职院校发展面临的挑战和机遇,并提出相应的对策。
In the past ten years, the higher vocational and technical schools of the east and the fossils of petrochemical industry based on the great development of the petrochemical industry and higher vocational education have achieved leapfrog development. This paper studies the challenges and opportunities faced by the development of petrochemical vocational colleges and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
