随着目前国民经济的高速发展,建筑工程也呈现出前所未有的发展趋势,尤其是住宅建筑由于其得天独厚的优势而受到建筑企业和施工单位的大力探讨与开发。在越来越多的住宅工程项目中,防渗透施工技术越来越受到人们的重视,其施工质量和施工技术更新成为目前人们关注的重点。本文就住宅建筑施工中常见的渗漏现象分析,并提出了相应的预防和处理措施,以供同行工作参考借鉴。
With the rapid development of the national economy, construction projects have also shown an unprecedented trend of development. In particular, residential buildings are greatly explored and developed by construction enterprises and construction units for their unique advantages. In more and more residential projects, anti-seepage construction technology is more and more people’s attention, and its construction quality and construction technology update has become the focus of attention. This article analyzes the common leakage phenomenon in the construction of residential buildings, and puts forward the corresponding prevention and treatment measures for reference for the work of counterparts.
