以往的研究表明,咀嚼一种含有2.5%α-磷酸三钙(α-TCP)的口香糖,可以引起钙离子和磷酸根离子的释放,从而减少糖水漱口后菌斑液中矿物质饱和度的降低。本实验目的是研究由口香糖引起的牙菌斑磷酸根、钙离子库中离子的释放,对暴露于其后出现的致龋环境(糖水漱口)中的牙体硬组织是否具有保护作用。
Previous studies have shown that chewing a chewing gum containing 2.5% α-tricalcium phosphate (α-TCP) can cause the release of calcium and phosphate ions, thereby reducing the mineral saturation in the plaque solution after swallowing reduce. The purpose of this experiment was to investigate whether the release of ions from dental plaque phosphate and calcium stores caused by chewing gum has a protective effect on the dental hard tissues exposed to the cariogenic environment that subsequently occurs.
