不銹鋼的熔化电极自动氩弧焊与手工不熔化电极氩弧焊相比,具有高的焊接速度、窄狭的热影响区以及可获得最小的焊接变形量,因此熔化电极自动氩弧焊可保証实現优质量、高生产率的不锈钢接接头。但接头质量的优劣在很大程度上取决于焊矩的保护效果。本文主要根据初步的試驗研究结果探讨合理的焊炬噴嘴結构。試驗是在GE-500型二氧化碳自动焊机上利用新設計的长形焊炬进行的。首先对所設計的焊炬作了气体保护性能試驗,并着重探讨了若干焊炬結构因素对气体保护性能的影响。
