一、圆锥、短圆柱轴承冲压保持架一次切料成形“四点定位”模我厂长期以来对圆锥、短圆柱轴承冲压保持架采用二道工序进行生产,即先冲切料成形,然后再冲工艺孔。片面认为一次加工的模具结构复杂,又不能利用原有的模具,因此一直未进行改革。在批林整风运动推动下,我厂工人群众发扬独立自主、自力更生精神,坚决走独立闯新的道路,在原来模具的基础上搞革新,在原有切料成形模上,只更改了三个零件,就减去了冲工艺孔的这道工序,大大简化了模具结构,成功地改革成圆锥、短圆柱轴承冲压保持架一次切料成形“四点定位”模(如图1所示)。
