我厂设计制造的TH11和TH12小型液压钻深孔动力头,经过三年多的不断改进,并经使用证明,结构性能基本良好,现在已经作为我厂组合机床通用部件的系列产品。 用途 这种动力头适用于单轴深孔加工,能自动实现多次分级进给。采用时间继电器可实现定程的多次分级进给。如采用功率继电器(过扭矩保护)可实现不定程的多次分级进给。也可用于一般钻孔或配置小型主轴箱进行多轴加工,能完成钻、扩、铰、锪、倒角、攻丝等工序。
