用80%乙醇提取银杏叶总黄酮(1.9mg/ml)给大白鼠腹腔注射(5ml/kg/d)实验40天后,心脏取血,测抗自由基指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和血粘度。结果表明,醇提银杏叶总黄酮有提高SOD活力,降低血粘度的作用。
80% ethanol was used to extract Ginkgo biloba leaf flavonoids (1.9mg/ml) intraperitoneal injection (5ml/kg/d) in rats for 40 days. The blood was taken from the heart to measure free radicals, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and blood. Viscosity. The results showed that extracting total flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves can increase SOD activity and reduce blood viscosity.
