中成药是中医方剂的一种特殊形式,是中医临床用药中不可缺少的一个组成部分,在医疗实践中发挥着积极的治疗作用。但目前在其应用中还存在着许多问题。笔者收集整理了我院1990年间3672张中成药处方,对其中不合格及不合理使用情况进行分析。现将分析结果报道如下。一、不合格及不合理处方情况在调查的3672张处方中,不合格及不合理的处方有1472张,约占41％。存在问题主要表现在以下几个方面: (一)用药方法不清,甚至没有交待基本的用药方法。 1.没有详细的用药方法,包括该药应该内服(送服、吞服、泡服),还是外用(外洗、外敷),尤其是特殊使用方法未做交待。如曲某,女,27岁。双花茶6包,每日2
Chinese patent medicine is a special form of Chinese medicine prescription and it is an indispensable part of Chinese medicine clinical medicine. It plays an active role in medical practice. However, there are still many problems in its application. The author collected and processed 3,672 prescriptions of traditional Chinese patent medicines in 1990 in our hospital and analyzed the unqualified and unreasonable uses.
