本文以BALB/C小鼠为研究对象,观察了中药复方肾炎Ⅱ号对IL_2的产生作用与巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明:该方在体内外能显著增强ConA活化的胖细胞产生IL_2、显著增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能。提示该方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的作用机理可能与其促进TL_2的产生,增强巨噬细胞吞噬活性,从而改善机体免疫状态,减少或消除抗原或抗原抗体复合物有一定的关系。
In this study, BALB/C mice were used as subjects to observe the effects of the Chinese compound compound nephritis II on the production of IL-2 and the phagocytic function of macrophages. The results showed that this side can significantly increase the production of IL 2 by ConA-activated, fat cells in vitro and in vivo, and significantly enhance the phagocytic function of macrophages. It is suggested that the mechanism of action of this prescription in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis may be related to its promotion of the production of TL2, enhancement of phagocytic activity of macrophages, thereby improving the immune state of the body, reducing or eliminating the antigen or antigen-antibody complexes have a certain relationship.
