本文报告了１９８１年１月～１９９０年１２月期间我科收治的６０例具有侵犯性的分化型甲状腺癌的颈部扩清情况，结合５年随访资料，着重讨论其扩清时机及术式选择等问题。作者认为，具有侵犯性的分化型甲状腺癌淋巴转移率很高，一些病例发展较速，在诊断后如不给予及时彻底的清除，易造成局部复发，甚或远处转移，再次扩清效果不佳。术式选择提倡功能性扩清术，摒弃局部扩清术
This article reports the neck enlargement of 60 invasive differentiated thyroid cancers in our department from January 1981 to December 1990.
