随着我国科技和经济的进步和发展,其所产生的档案信息也越来越多,档案信息不仅对人们的工作进行记录,并且为人们查询档案信息服务提供便利。因此要充分利用先进的信息化手段来加强档案管理工作,在进行档案管理工作时,提高其科学化水平和管理质量,在建设信息化社会的过程中,加强档案管理工作也至关重要。本文主要分析和研究如何提高档案管理科学化水平,以便为人们的各项工作提供便利的服务。
With the progress and development of our country’s science and technology and economy, more and more files and information are generated. File information not only records people’s work, but also provides convenience for people to search archives information service. Therefore, we should make full use of advanced information means to strengthen the file management work, improve the scientific level and management quality during the file management work. In the process of building an information society, it is also crucial to strengthen the file management. This paper analyzes and studies how to improve the scientific management of archives so as to provide convenient services for people’s work.
