企业劳保医疗制度的改革将是一个亟待解决的问题。为了把有限的医疗经费管好、用好,使之发挥更大的效应,我院经过两年的实践,收到了一定的效果,现将我们的做法报告如下.一、基本情况:合肥市公交公司在册职工3700多人,离退休干部(职工)400余人,家属2000余人。企业每年拨给医院劳保医疗经费36万元,由医院掌握使用,医院根据公司的方案采取把医疗经费直接与职工收益挂钩,并将这一方案于1989年4月正式实行.
