Leprosy is a rare disease in Spain, with 4714 cases of leprosy loyalty registered in the National Census of 1979. In some areas, such as Lviv, Andalusia, the Canary Islands and Galliazi, leprosy remains a common disease. Tumor-type leprosy is a common disease with typical local characteristics of low activity. This article reports the case of a leprosy patient with a high risk of BL, with the following characteristics: 1) is the only locally known case; 2)
