本文报告一种简易真空透析法制备淋巴细胞转移因子的研究结果。将冻融4次的脾或扁桃体组织匀浆,定量分装于透析袋中,置无菌玻璃容器中,按2倍量加入去离子水,放入真空缸,用胶泥密封缸盖,接通抽气机抽真空20分钟,每小时一次共3～5次。用此法所得透析液的浓度与质量,在5小时内便可高于常规静置透析法24小时以上的水平。此法简便易行,可以缩短转移因子的制备周期,避免污染,保证质量,并可用于脱盐或其它物质的透析。
