开工几年来,我厂常减压装置加热炉采用重炉200型燃料油烧咀。该烧咀的主要缺点是雾化不理想,漏油十分严重,喷头易结焦。漏油浪费了燃料,也弄脏了炉区地面。司炉工每班都得花不少时间去清除漏油,用刮刀铲、柴油洗、热水冲,有的工人干脆把废旧的铁皮、油毡放到烧咀底下接油,换班时再拖走。为了解决漏油问题,我们对这种烧咀的内部结构作了分析研究,重新设计了油枪,改造后的烧咀称之为“多油孔一切线
